Here is my list of webmaster and software forums with high PR. It’s certainly not a complete list. I might add to it as time goes by and I find some more high-ranking forums with dofollow links.
Note: Please don’t spam on the forums. These are places of interaction where users share knowledge and information. Spammers only make trouble. For one, the forums might not welcome spam posts and decide to use nofollow tags. The PR 10 Adobe Forums are certainly not taking spams very well, from what I read in one of their posts. So please — I’ll say it again — NO SPAMMING IN THE FORUMS!!!

Just to be on the safe side, I removed the links. You guys will have to either google for the forum or copy-paste the links to your browser. It’s a bit of a hassle, but I don’t like the idea of feeding the forums to the spammer-wolves.
